Forms and files are in Adobe PDF format, which requires Adobe Acrobat or the free Acrobat Reader. Please be sure you have the current version 8.xx of the Reader, as the forms may not load with older versions. You can download the free Acrobat Reader software on the Adobe website here (click)
Click on
the form you want. When the file comes into view, then select *Save* in order to save it to a location of your choice on your computer (usually "Desktop").
You also can chose *Print* in order to print a copy on your printer. Another way to save to your computer without opening the file, just right click on the link and chose *save target as* in order to save the file to a location of your choice on your computer.
These files may take a few minutes to load and for the PDF file to come into view, especially on a dial-up internet connection. Please be sure you have the latest version of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, which opens and reads the PDF files.
