Tri-State Horsemen's Association, Inc. is incorporated as an independent equine association with a Constitution & By-Laws that is our only Governing Body. According to our Constitution, each Event/Show Committee has the freedom to make it's own rules and regulations. The Dressage/2-Phase Committee has set its own rules and regulations, and chooses not to affiliate with any other local or national organization and be bound to following another organization's rules. Tri-State Dressage/2-Phase is committed to its status as an independent show with its own rules, and these shows may not be the place for those exhibitors seeking to show with the rules of other organizations.
