TSHA "Name Your Team" Banquet Challenge

Exhibitors must be a member of Tri-State to enter these Challenges

The 2008 Banquet Team Challenge will consist of six (6) specially marked classes in the class list spread out over the show series. Two classes will be run in June, another two classes in July, and the remaining two classes in August. The six events must be ridden by a team of 2-6 horses & riders.  The challenge is open to horses or ponies and exhibitors of any age. Walk-Trot riders may participate in Parts 5 & 6 only. Teams must register their team name at the first event they participate in, and keep the same name throughout the series. Classes are $12.00 each and the riders in each event enter on their regular entry form. They must name the team they are riding for and wear their own back number. Any combination of horses and riders may compete in the events, but all horses and riders on the team must compete in at least one portion of the challenge. Protective boots or wraps will be permitted in the Crossrails and 3-Barrel Race only. Any ties will be broken by the 3-Barrel Race times.  Appropriate attire is required for each event. A rider may be a member of multiple teams, but must ride in a different event for each team, and must designate on their entry form which team they are riding each class for. They cannot ride in the same event more than once. A team must compete in a minimum of four (4) challenge classes to be eligible for the year end. The Classes are:
